Changelog

What's new in July 2026

Folder view and sub-projects for inventory, far more control over recurring billing, live shipment tracking, and a schedule you can plan from.

Highlights

The changes worth a closer look

Folder view and sub-projects

Inventory has a third view beside Grid and List. Browse by project like folders, drag items between them, and nest sub-projects up to three levels deep. A toggle decides whether a folder also shows what is inside its sub-projects.

More control over recurring billing

Prorate new arrivals, give new arrivals a free storage period, itemize storage charges per item, and add per-item discounts. A live preview shows what the next invoice will charge. Three automation presets cover the range: Review first, Send automatically, and Fully automatic.

Live shipment tracking

Save a tracking number on a request and Stowley follows the shipment: status, ETA, latest location, and history for UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and Canada Post. Clients see the same in their portal. Included in Advanced and up.

A schedule you can plan from

Assign and reassign work on the calendar, drag a job to another day, filter by person, and see each person's workload. Calendar events can repeat, requests can carry start and end times, and double bookings are flagged.

Install Stowley on your phone

Add Stowley to your home screen from the field app or from Account Settings, and it opens like any other app.
